New Building Underway!!!!!

These hard working individuals arrived early this morning to begin the surveying process of our land. As directed by the State Highway department measurements are being made to plot parking lot entrances and the actual location of the building. A beautiful but windy day for this crew, but their persistance will complete the job by the close of the business day. Soon our excavators will be instructed to begin and before we know it, a building will start to take shape on this special place that God has strategically designed for us gather harvest into as we connect, serve and grow for the Glory of God! More to come! PC

We Are Building A Church!
Matthew 16:18
And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Luke 14:28
For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?

I just don't think you ever are completely prepared emotionally when God does amazing things! I absolutely have been so blessed by being allowed to serve as Pastor during this exciting season in Hackleburg! Everyday something miraculous happens as we continue to move forward in our building program. A 16,000sq ft building is about to rise from the beautiful 47 acres that sits on the corner of Hwy 172 and Co Rd 71. A lot of work and preparation has gone on to bring us to this point. Most of the time we never see those who work behind the scenes to do all the "pre" construction. I definately have to say thank you to Joey Stults for all his work to communicate with Jamie Branum our architect. The Building Committee has been so willing to meet anytime we need to make quick decisions. It has been my experience that the next few months will be an enjoyable adventure that will result in not just a beautiful building but a tool that will be used to gather harvest in Hackleburg and surrounding communities.
